The care timeline

The first year, in four moments.

Healing has a rhythm. Here is what is normal and what to do.

First 24 hours
Rest, keep the area clean, and eat soft, cool food. Some numbness and mild swelling are normal as the anaesthetic wears off. Take only the medication your doctor prescribed, and keep your hotel coordinator's number close.
First week
Swelling usually peaks around day 2–3 and then eases. Brush gently with the soft brush we give you and use the prescribed mouthwash. Most guests are back to normal routines by the end of the week.
First month
Eating returns to normal for most patients. Tell us about any sensitivity, or a bite that feels high. Small adjustments are easy to arrange with a local dentist, and we write to them if you like.
Every 6 months
A check-up and professional clean, with your own dentist or with us in Istanbul. We keep your records and X-rays so any dentist can read them, and your warranty relies on these visits.

Different work, different habits.

Caring for your veneers

Veneers are thin and strong, but the bond at the edge is what you protect. Gentle habits in the first weeks make them last.

Brush twice a day with a soft brush and low-abrasion toothpaste.
Floss daily, sliding the floss out sideways rather than pulling up.
Wear your night guard every night if your doctor prescribed one.
Cut hard foods like apples and bread crust into pieces.
Keep your 6-monthly check-up and polish.

Don't

Do not chew ice, pens or fingernails.
Do not open packets or bottles with your teeth.
Do not use whitening strips on veneers; they do not change them.
Do not skip your night guard if you grind your teeth.
Do not delay a visit if an edge feels rough or catches your tongue.

Warranty

What we stand behind, in writing.

Every treatment plan comes with a written warranty. Terms differ by treatment, and all of them assume you keep up your regular check-ups.

Teeth Whitening	1 month	Touch-up session if shade drops within the period.	Follow the first-days colour diet; use the take-home kit.

Accidents, pre-existing gum disease left untreated and damage from habits like nail biting are not covered. The full conditions are in your written plan and in our terms.

Online follow-up

Your doctor stays with you, from wherever you are.

Check-ins happen on WhatsApp and video, in your language. We keep a note of each one in your file.

When to contact us

If something feels wrong, tell us the same day.

You should report unusual discomfort, bite changes, or restoration sensitivity promptly for guidance. In a real emergency, call local emergency services first.

Bleeding that does not stop
After 10 minutes of firm pressure with clean gauze.
Swelling that grows after day 3
Especially if it spreads to the eye or neck, or makes swallowing or breathing hard. That one is an emergency.
Fever or a bad taste
A temperature above 38 °C. Pus or a bad taste coming from the treated area.
Pain your medication does not control
Pain that gets worse after day 3 instead of easing.
A crown, veneer or implant that moves
Feels loose, comes off, or your bite suddenly feels wrong. Keep the piece safe and send a photo.
