You will not be sent across the city for a scan, a crown or a second opinion. Scanning, design, surgery, the lab and your recovery room are all in one building, with the same people looking after you throughout.
Reception & lounge
Your coordinator greets you by name. Before anyone looks at your teeth, you have a drink in your hand and a quiet place to sit.
Treatment rooms
Each room is set up for one patient at a time, with the screen, scanner and instruments you will use already in place.
Adjustable chair, ceiling screen so you can watch or look away, and a window wherever the building allows it.
For implants, grafting and jaw procedures: a separate suite with its own sterile workflow.
A quiet room to rest before you go back to the hotel.
In-house dental lab
Because the lab is in the building, a technician can stand next to your dentist, check the shade against your face and adjust on the spot.
Your digital scan goes straight to the technician, who designs the restoration on screen with your dentist.
Zirconia and ceramic are milled; temporary teeth are printed so you leave with a smile, not a gap.
A technician hand-layers shade, translucency and surface texture so neighbouring teeth match.
You try it in the chair. Anything that feels off goes back down to the lab and returns the same day.
3D scanning & digital smile design
No impression trays. A small scanner maps your teeth in minutes, and the design appears on screen with you in the room.
Sterilisation protocol
You are welcome to ask to see any of it. The pouch for your instruments is opened in front of you, at your chair.
Instruments are removed from the room and rinsed straight after use.
Debris is lifted from every joint and thread before sterilising.
Each instrument is dried and checked for damage under light.
Instruments go into sealed, labelled sterilisation pouches.
Steam sterilisation cycle in a validated autoclave.
Indicators are checked and the cycle is recorded against the batch.
Pouches stay closed until the moment of use.
Single-use items are new for each patient; the room is wiped down between visits.
