All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four implants — two straight at the front and two tilted at the back. When the implants are stable enough, a temporary fixed bridge is fitted; the final bridge follows once they have fused with the bone, over about three months. This guide explains each step and how to look after your new teeth at home.
